- Please keep in mind that live animal orders have a $30 minimum before shipping and taxes. Dry goods have a $10 minimum before shipping and taxes. Orders that don't meet this requirement will be refunded and charged a 15% restocking/cancellation fee. Additionally, we currently utilize flat-rate shipping by region to bring our customers the best rates, however large or oversized shipments may incur additional charges which the customer will be responsible for. If this is the case with your order we will send a separate invoice for these charges before your order ships.
